Statement in response to violence against Asian women in Atlanta


(Norristown) -- "We are outraged by the murder of Asian women in Atlanta and increased violence against Asian people nationwide," said Mary Onama, executive director of Victim Services Center of Montgomery County, Inc. "These horrific events are a stark reminder that violence against women, misogyny, and xenophobia continue to threaten the wellbeing of women and girls. Hate has no place in our society."
