New virtual support groups available in Montgomery County

(Norristown, PA) -- Survivors and their loved ones are invited to join VSC’s newest online support groups. Held with HIPAA-compliant technology, virtual support groups can help participants heal. "Support groups can be so powerful for a survivor," said Erin Milbourne, LCSW, CA, C-TPYG, direct services supervisor at VSC. “When someone joins a group, they learn that they aren’t alone. It can be a wonderful resource for survivors at any part of the healing journey.” Each group is led by a VSC counselor. Interpreter services are available in over 240 languages. Support groups, like all VSC services, are free.
