Join VSC advocate Natacha Rivera to learn what you need to know about implicit bias, trauma symptoms, overcoming challenges with victim interactions, and working effectively with vulnerable populations. Natacha Rivera is the advocacy coordinator and a bilingual victim advocate at VSC, where she helps victims of crime in Montgomery County navigate the legal system.
