We are located at 325 Swede St., 2nd Floor, Norristown, Pennsylvania, just across the street from the Montgomery County Courthouse. VSC offices are wheelchair-accessible. Our crisis hotline is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year at 1-888-521-0983.

Confidentiality Statement

Victim Services Center of Montgomery County, Inc. (VSC) is committed to respecting the privacy and integrity of all those we service and to keeping all aspects of their relationship with us confidential to the fullest extent possible. Any written/spoken information exchanged between a client and a VSC counselor is confidential and not to be shared with any third party without the client’s permission subject to the following two exceptions: 

1. A client threatens to harm themselves and/or harm others.

2. The situation involves suspected abuse or neglect of a child, i.e. someone under 18 years of age. In that case, we will report suspected child abuse or neglect to the appropriate Office of Children and Youth Services and/or ChildLine.
    

If you are dissatisfied with the assistance you receive, you may ask to speak with a supervisor.
