Open to ages 12+. All genders welcome.
This self-defense workshop is designed to be physically engaging and may involve moderate to high-intensity exercise. We encourage participants to assess their physical abilities and health status before attending. If you have any health concerns or physical limitations, please consult with a healthcare professional before participating. This will help ensure your safety and comfort during the event. A $25 donation is required to participate in this event. RSVP is required by April 19, 2025.
