2024 Shifting Spaces Art Showcase

Nearly 1 in 3 teens will experience some form of physical, verbal, emotional, or sexual abuse within a dating relationship before graduating high school. However, prevention is possible, and it starts by engaging our youth and young adults! The Shifting Spaces Student Art Contest gives middle and high school students in Montgomery County a platform to spread positive messages that promote healthy relationships, influence their community to value consent, equality, respect, safety, and honesty, and help prevent teen dating violence and sexual assault through art.

All participating students and their families will be invited to attend our Student Art Showcase on February 22, 2024. The showcase will be held at the Montgomery Township Parks & Recreation building (1030 Horsham Road, Montgomeryville, PA 18936) from 6:30-8:00 p.m. There will be selected first, second, and third place winners for each academic level (6-8th grade, 9-12th grade). Each selected winner will receive a monetary prize.
