Victim Services Center's (VSC) Counselors and Advocates are devoted to ensuring victims/survivors are treated with dignity, compassion and respect during the course of the criminal proceeding; victims/survivors have full knowledge of their rights as a victim of crime in Pennsylvania; victims/survivors are fully informed during each step and process of the criminal justice system; victim's/survivor's permission is sought prior to taking any action.  VSC has a strict policy of confidentiality. State law requires us to protect information shared by sexual assault survivors.


All services are provided free of charge to those who request assistance.
